Return Policy


Products purchased from Shanie USA can normally be returned within 30 days. However, Christmas gifts between November 1 and December 20 can be returned until January 21, 2019. Simply contact our customer service team and we will promptly assist you.
You may return / exchange eligible products anytime within 30 days of receiving your order.


All returned products must be unused (e.g. items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered). We also cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
You must contact our customer care team at returns@shanieusa.com to report the return. Or visit our Customer care page for more contact options.
You can get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number calling our Customer Care Support.
You will be required to pay the shipping costs for any products that are returned to us.


Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
Items marked as *Final sale* are not eligible for returns.
Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a full credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.
We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via email.
Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Shanie USA, INC discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed.
